Hi! I’m Stephen, and I love recording.

I am a classical recording engineer and media production professional living in Baltimore City. With an avid passion for all-things-recording, I bring years of professional recording, editing, and mixing experience for narrative, documentary, and interview projects, and regularly work with professional musicians, ensembles, and institutions to capture and share their work with the world.

My work has carried me across a broad range of content areas, be it recording sessions with classical musicians and symphony orchestras, audio post-production for films screened at major film festivals, or capturing interviews for higher education. I’m always looking for ways to help artists and professionals put their best foot forward as we collaborate to showcase their work. Take a look around and let me know what you think!

I live with my partner, Sara, in Baltimore City, along with our Italian greyhound, Lily. When not recording, I can be found cruising around the city with camera in-hand, tinkering with electronics in the workshop, or going on hiking adventures with Sara and Lily. I’m the Multimedia Production Associate for Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Government Excellence, and am a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a degree in Recording Arts.
